This encounter, which Keane described as a “fairytale moment,” led him to meet the first responders who saved him from a precarious situation on Arizona’s Mummy Mountain.
“I’ve animated dramatic moments in movies, but being the recipient of such selflessness was truly special,” Keane shared with KPNX in Phoenix. His words highlight the contrast between the fictional worlds he creates and the raw emotion of a life-or-death situation.
